The specialist training in ESSENTIAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Is placed in the beautiful nature of the south-west of Funen with Lillebælt right in front of the retreat center. We will be staying in completely unique and protected nature.
The area offers beautiful walks by the seaside, possibilities for a refreshing swim in the blue sea followed by a sauna. In the big yard we can enjoy both bonfires and wilderness baths.
Our intention is to create and support a retreat framework for the training, where contemplation, internal relaxation and peace to create a connection to the true nature and rhythm of the body and mind will be in focus.
Accommodation of the retreat center
• Plenary room which radiates peace and contemplation. This can be used for both yoga and teaching
• Dining and living room with a cosy and homely decoration which encourages relaxation and a sense of togetherness
• Big and well-functioning kitchen with industrial dishwasher and refrigerator which includes freezing space
• 10 bedrooms which can work as single or double
• The house is handicap-friendly
Parking
It is possible to park the car 20-30 meters from the retreat location. Furthermore, there is a public parking lot at the camping site 450 meters further down the road.
Grocery shopping
The closest grocery shop is Spar in Ebberup, approximately 4,5 km in car and 3,5 km hiking from the retreat location. This Spar has a wide range of products.

Catering during retreat

Catering during retreat
You will have the possibility to choose catering meals during the entire stay for each retreat. It is also possible to bring your own food and prepare your own meals.
Ditte who owns “Linser for livet” (Lenses for life) is responsible for the catering offer. Read more here: . linserforlivet.dk
The food is 100 % plant-based meaning that it does not contain milk products either. Furthermore, it will be possible to get a gluten-free diet as well, if this is communicated in advance.
Breakfast will be bread as well as breakfast products.
Lunch will be hot dishes with sides and will be the biggest meal of the day.
Dinner will be smaller dishes, leftovers and bread with accompaniments.
Dinner will be served the first evening, so 6 whole days and breakfast the last day.
1200 kr. (approx. 161 euro) for all meals during the whole stay.
950 kr. (approx. 127,5 euro) for breakfast and lunch during the whole stay.
